Mobile Pass: You have the option to use Mobile Pass through the My Epic App rather than a season pass hard card. This allows you to go straight to the lift using your phone as your pass. Please download the My Epic App for step by step instructions to use your Mobile Pass.
Physical card: Please go to any Vail Resorts ticket office, present a photo ID, and you’ll be able to pick up your pass. Whenever possible, stop by the ticket office the day before you go skiing to avoid morning delays. If time permits, please call the Epic Pass Service Center at 970-754-0005 or contact a pass agent via Live Chat at EpicPass.com to have a new pass mailed.
